Clubs Update from the University of Lisbon

EuroFIT at SC Braga and Rio Ave FC is up and running! In both clubs, the program runs on Wednesdays from 7 to 9 pm.  Delivered by trained coaches and with the participation of former glories of that clubs, the program has gathered the enthusiasm of participants!
