Prof. Nanette Mutrie (University of Edinburgh) gave a keynote address. A series of presentations from the EU Commission highlighted the activities of three Directorates General. This was followed by presentations from projects EuroFIT, PASTA, Credits4Health, REPOPA and SitLESS, in which consortium representatives shared their project results and discussed what is needed next. A series of breakout and discussion sessions explored common themes, such as engaging with policy makers, activity-stimulating urban planning, commuting and health, and technology for behaviour change.
