Delivery of the EuroFIT programme in Norway for our international trial has wrapped up with the final sessions happening last week. In 12 weeks, we’ll carry out the first post-programme measurements. At the last home game in SIF, participants from the EuroFIT programme were invited on to the field to receive their well earned applause.

Participants from the EuroFIT programme at ADO Den Haag have continued their training after the programme. Bas Muijs, a former actor from a famous Dutch soap opera who is an ambassador for making Den Haag city more active, visited a training session. You can watch a video of the training here!
